《东巴之夏》

你从古老的东巴经书中走来

善飞的阿蒗吉鸟

停在绿树的梢头

朝左边抖三次身

飘落三根油黑的羽毛

黑羽毛变成了大雨

大雨是夏天的使者

坡上草深林密

利爪的豹子和老虎

也走不出那深山密林

下方树根下

雨水流成河

水獭和鱼儿

也游不过湍急的河沟

这个夏天

还不是迁徙回家的时节

待金秋九月可否？

"Dongba Summer"

You walk from the ancient Dongba scriptures

The flying Alangji bird

It stayed at the top of green trees

And shook three times to the left

Three oil-black feathers fell down

The black feathers turned to rain

Rain is the messenger of summer

The grass was deep on the slope

And the forest was thick

Leopards and tigers with claws

They couldn't get out of the woods

Beneath the roots

The rain ran into a river

Otters and fish

They couldn't swim in a fast-flowing gully

This summer was not migration time yet

Could we wait until autumn?

飘落三根金黄的羽毛

黄羽毛变成了黄花

花是秋天的使者

黄花、银花和金花

绿松石花、黑宝石花

遍地绽放着

这个秋天

终于

可以迁徙回家了

纳西族先祖崇忍利恩

带着天界娶来的新娘衬恒褒白

返回久违的大地母亲的怀抱里

回到人类居住的家

一母生三子

三子各不同

从此

人类大地上

诞生了三个古老的民族

他们共筑美好家园

他们幸福地生活在一起

"Dongba Autumn"

You walk from the ancient Dongba scriptures

The flying Alangji bird

It stayed at the top of green trees

And shook to the right three times

Three golden feathers fell

Yellow feathers became yellow flowers

Flowers are the messengers of autumn

Yellow flowers, Silver flowers and gold flowers

Turquoise flowers, black gem flowers

In full bloom

This autumn

Finally

It's time to migrate home

Ancestor took his bride from heaven

And returned to the long-lost arms of mother Earth

Back to the human home

One mother gave birth to three sons

Three sons ware different

From now on

On the land of man

Three ancient nations were born

They lived happily and beautifully together

白雪是冬天的使者

云雀领来了北风

鹊鸰鸟领来了满地的露水

白鹤领来了漫天的白雪

勤劳的人有鞋穿

懒惰的人光脚走

这个冬天

不是迁徙回家的时节

待阳春三月可否？

Falling three white feathers

The white feathers turned to snow

Snow is the messenger of winter

The lark brings the north wind

The magpie birds picked up the dew from the ground

The white crane led the snow all over the sky

Hard-working people had shoes

Lazy man walked barefoot

This winter was not the time to migrate home

Could we wait till spring?

绿羽毛变成了嫩青草

嫩青草是春天的使者

树儿披着一身身翡翠的衣裳

布谷鸟在树上鸣叫

松林间吼叫着白色的麂子

森林里鸣叫着雉鸡与箐鸡

好汉子缺少粮食

好女子消瘦了

这个春天

也不是迁徙回家的时节

待仲夏六月可否？

The forest croaked pheasants and turnips

Good man wanted food

Good woman languished

This spring was not the time to migrate home

Could we wait until summer？
